Refund Policy

How to Cancel

If you would like to cancel any of our services, your request will be processed within five (5) business days. Any fees paid for services that have not yet been delivered as of the cancellation date may be eligible for a refund, in accordance with our refund guidelines.

Cancellation Terms

  • Refunds are not available for milestones or deliverables that have already been completed.

  • If you cancel during an active milestone, you may receive a 25% refund for the portion of work that was in progress.

Refund Policy

Pro-Rata Refunds

If you paid the full project amount upfront, you may qualify for a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the service. Refund eligibility requires that your cancellation request complies with the notice period stated above.

Cancellation After Work Has Begun

If the project is canceled after work has started but before completion:

  • You will be charged for all work completed up to the cancellation date.

  • Any payment made beyond the completed work will be refunded.

Refund Eligibility

At Spark Leaf Media, we are committed to producing work aligned with your expectations. If you are not satisfied with the final product, you may submit a refund request after completing the dispute resolution process. Refund eligibility varies depending on:

  • The type of service purchased

  • The progress of the project

  • The terms outlined in the service agreement

Once we receive your request, our team will review the details and process your refund within 14 business days.

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method or another method you prefer.
